Camera-ready Submission

Please follow these steps for a smooth submission:

Check your final paper at IEEE PDF eXpress
To verify that your manuscript meets the IEEE specifications, register to the IEEE PDF eXpress service and upload your paper before submitting it to the conference web site. Enter iclgnss2012wkx to the 'Conference ID' field. Click 'Create New Title', type the title of your paper into the 'Enter Title Info' text box and click 'Submit PDF for Checking' or ' Submit Source Files for Conversion'. Browse the file and click 'Upload File'. You will receive a confirmation email of the successful upload. After the file has been processed, you will receive the results of the compatibility check, and, if the manuscript meets the IEEE specifications, a new version of the document. Submit this file to the conference submission system at submission page. If the paper does not pass the check, you will receive a report about your document. By logging into the IEEE PDF eXpress web site, you can see the found errors and suggested corrections in great detail. Revise the document and check again with IEEE PDF eXpress. Iterate if necessary.

Fill in the IEEE Copyright Transfer Form:
Instructions on that will be posted later.
